Although, Spring does seem the be the 'busy season', there are always buyers looking to buy a home. Selling in the fall may be a great benefit to sellers as the inventory levels will have ped and there won't be as much competition.
From January 1st through September 30, 2015 there have been 125 sales. At this same point in time last year there were 76 sales. That is a wonderful 61% increase in sales over 2014.
