In August of 2015 there were 21 homes that closed within the month for Tremonton UT Real Estate. This was an increase in sales, as there were only 10 homes that closed in August of 2014.

 

The median list price for the homes that closed in August of 2014 was $159,900.

The median list price for the homes that closed in August of 2015 was $159,000.

 

The median sale price for the homes that closed in August of 2014 was $160,300

The median sale price for the homes that closed in August of 2015 was $161,900.

 

The median market time for homes that closed in August of 2014 was 79 days.

The median market time for homes that closed in August of 2015 was 40 days.

 

Homes Under Contract For August 2015

 

There were 12 homes that went under contract with buyers in the month of August. The average list price of the homes that went under contract was $137,900. The average time on the market for these homes were 121 days.

 

January 2012 - 2014 Final Year Real Estate Market Statistics for Tremonton Utah

 

For the period of January to December of 2014 there were 96 properties sold.

For the period of January to December of 2013 there were 116 properties sold.

For the period of January to December of 2012 there were 109 properties sold.

 

For the period of January to December of 2014 the median list price was $145,016; the median sale price was $138,192; and the median market time was 96 days.

For the period of January to December of 2013 the median list price was $144,568; the median sale price was $141,892; and the median market time was 79 days.

For the period of January to December 2012 the median list price was $152,119; the median sale price was $143,858; and the median market time was 118 days.

 

Current Homes for Sale Inventory Levels

 

As of September 13, 2015 are currently 54 homes on the market in Tremonton UT. The average list price of these homes is $140,665. The lowest list price is $25,000 and the highest list price is $389,900 with an average of 150 days on the market.

 

Tremonton UT Real Estate Market Analysis

 

During this August of 2015 there were 21 homes sold. That is over 50% more than last year; which only had 10 sales in August of 2014. I think that made for a great month.

Tremonton continues to grow with a Shopko hometown currently hiring for their new store on Main Street. This will bring more people and jobs to this lovely small town.

Home sales will continue at a steady speed. An abundance of homeowners believe that Spring is the time to sell their home. Although, Spring does seem the be the 'busy season', there are always buyers looking to buy a home. Selling in the fall may be a great benefit to sellers as the inventory levels will have ped and there won't be as much competition.

From January 1st through August 31, 2015 there have been 118 sales. At this same point in time last year there were 66 sales. 

 

2014 Sales statistics vs 2013

 

Tremonton ended 2014 with 96 properties sold which is down from 2013 when there were 116 properties sold. (So far 2015 has seen more sales than the previous two years with 118 sales, and four more months to go.)
