 Garland UT Real Estate Market Analysis

 During this October of 2015 there were 4 homes sold. This is steady with last year's sales of 5 homes sold in October of 2014. 

Home sales will continue at a steady speed. An abundance of homeowners believe that Spring is the time to sell their home. Although, Spring does seem the be the 'busy season', there are always buyers looking to buy a home. Selling in the fall may be a great benefit to sellers as the inventory levels are ping and there won't be as much competition.

From January 1st through October 31, 2015 there have been 51 sales. At this same point in time last year there were 31 sales. That is a great increase this year over last year so far.

 

2014 Sales statistics vs 2013

 

Garland ended 2014 with 40 properties sold which is up from 2013 when there were 36 properties sold. (So far 2015 has seen more sales than the previous two years with 51 sales, and two more months to go.)
