Brigham City UT Real Estate Market Analysis

 

During this October of 2015 there were 15 homes sold. There were 19 homes that sold in September. This shows that homes are selling at a steady pace.

An abundance of homeowners believe that Spring is the time to sell their home. Although, Spring does seem the be the 'busy season', there are always buyers looking to buy a home. Selling in the fall may be a great benefit to sellers as the inventory levels will have ped and there won't be as much competition.

From January 1st through October 30, 2015 there have been 192 home sales. At this same point in time last year there were 181 home sales. Homes sales are up for the for both the month of October as well as for the entire year compared to 2014.
